6.1 Production and Sales of Chinese Alcoholic Drinks.
In Oct., 1986, Leaders of Department of Light Industry of China announced that there would be a big change in the national development plan for alcoholic drink industry. " The development of alcoholic drink industry must obey the rule of "Four shifts", i. e. from the spirit with high- percent alcohol to low; distilled liquor to fermented alcoholic beverages; grain and cereals alcoholic liquor to fruit wine ; from common grade to high grade.
6.1.1 Production Situation in Recent Years
According to "China Light Industry Year Book" of recent years ,the general situation of Chinese brewing industry is listed in Table 1. Table 1.
